Viayu is a registered trademark owned by Zoic Pharmaceuticals (Proprietorship of Vivek Singla). All products are manufactured, marketed, and fulfilled by Zoic Biotech Private Limited.
30-Day Return Policy (Damaged / Incorrect Items Only)
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. However, due to the nature of Ayurvedic and ingestible products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The item was damaged during transit
- You received a wrong product
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- The product seal must be intact
- It must be in original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
- You must share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue (mandatory for damaged/incorrect claims)
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are strictly non-returnable due to safety and hygiene reasons.
How to Initiate a Return

Please include:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- Unboxing video (mandatory for damage/wrong item claims)
- Description of the issue
Do not send products back without prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for return shipment.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the sensitive nature of Ayurvedic and personal care products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals
- Items returned without original packaging
- Products purchased during sales or promotional offers
- Gift cards
- Custom bundles or special offers
- Personal care or hygiene-related goods
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our quality and safety standards.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union β 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.
However, this applies only to unopened, unused products with intact seals due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
- Bank processing time may vary

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong product).

- We do not guarantee results from Ayurvedic or wellness products, as individual responses may vary.
- Returns will not be accepted based on dissatisfaction related to personal results.
