Viayu is a registered trademark owned by Zoic Pharmaceuticals (Proprietorship of Vivek Singla). The website www.viayu.in and all orders are operated and fulfilled by Zoic Biotech Private Limited.

We are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic products across India with a smooth and reliable shipping experience.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping across PAN India, covering most states and major cities.

Delivery to certain remote or restricted locations may be limited based on courier partner serviceability. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you and process a refund if payment has been made.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS containing tracking details.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders flagged for verification, suspected fraud, or incomplete information.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Within Punjab: 4–6 business days
  • Rest of India: 6–9 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier operational issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Strikes or force majeure events
  • Incomplete address details
  • Regulatory or transport restrictions

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

4. Order Tracking

After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS.

You may also track your order through the “Track Order” section on our website using your Order ID.

5. Undelivered, Refused or Returned Orders

If an order is undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Customer refusal or non-acceptance

The shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs.
  • Repeated COD refusals may result in future order restrictions.

We reserve the right to cancel future orders from customers with repeated failed deliveries.

6. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item
  • A tampered package

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the package and product
  • An unboxing video (mandatory for damage or missing item claims)

Claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Resolutions (replacement or refund) will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Risk of Loss

All products are quality-checked before dispatch.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon successful delivery confirmation by the courier partner.
